Brooke Dubbeld

Brooke Dubbeld is a native of St. Petersburg, Florida. She received her
Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in both Communications
and English. Following college graduation she attended New England School
of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated from law school in 2002
and was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. Prior to joining LeavenLaw
she practiced in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury
and general civil litigation throughout the State of Florida. During that
time Attorney Dubbeld acted as lead counsel in numerous trials. At her
prior firm, Attorney Dubbeld served as the firm's appellate counsel,
which required her to not only prepare appellate briefs, but also to argue
in front of the First District Court of Appeals on several occasions.
She began her practice primarily representing insurance companies and
she has acquired extensive knowledge as to how insurance companies handle
their claims and now uses that information to fight for the injured. Attorney
Dubbeld is also a certified Florida Supreme Court Circuit-Civil Mediator.
