Christopher C. Dyer
Background
Chris was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Spring Hill, Florida. He received his Bachelors of Arts in 2005 from the University of Florida. Chris graduated from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2009. While attending Stetson, Chris served as a Student Assistant for the Dean of Student Life. Chris has interned for The Honorable Judge Pat Siracusa, Circuit Court Judge in and for the 6th Judicial Circuit, where he assisted in research for felony criminal cases. Chris also interned for the Veterans Affairs Office of Regional Counsel, where he worked on compliance issues at the Bay Pines Campus, as well as for The Florida Attorney General, Criminal Appeals Division, where he worked on appellate work for the State. Finally, Chris served as a Certified Legal Intern for Bay Area Legal Services where he worked on family law matters such as domestic violence injunctions, divorces, and wills. Chris joined Leavengood & Nash as a law clerk in February 2008, where he focused primarily on Consumer Law / Creditor Harassment and general Commercial Litigation cases for the firm’s corporate clients. Chris now primarily practices in the areas of General Civil Litigation, Creditor Harassment and Family Law.
